A broad launching surface
The 12 × 14-inch aluminum blade gives you room to lift and transfer pizza, bread and other baked goods.
Folds with a twist
Loosen the locking knob, fold the wooden handle and tighten it again. The folded footprint is approximately the size of the blade.

Very Sturdy, Easy to Use
This is a very nice pizza peel. It is easy to store with the foldable handle, and when the handle is folded out the peel is quite sturdy.

This peel is simple, sturdy, and convenient. The notched design and locking nut keeps everything in place when handling doughs between countertop and oven. I'm very happy with how compact the foldable peel is - folds in just a few seconds and fits nicely in the cabinet with my sheet pans. Had the wrong item delivered by mistake, and then a UPS shipping issue out of CBO's control but they were diligent and dedicated to making sure I got the item I ordered. Huge shout out to Jim for going out of his way to help me.
