A few things worth knowing.

Modular kit or assembled oven?

A modular kit is designed to be built into an enclosure. An assembled countertop oven includes its outer hood and needs a suitable base. Stand, Mobile and Tailgater options provide different ways to support or move the oven.

What makes Hybrid different?

The CBO 750 Hybrid can run on wood, gas, or both. It has independently controlled hearth and chamber burners. Residential and commercial versions have different intended applications; confirm the model, gas package and elevation before ordering.
