This cabinet has been designed to hold the Chicago Brick Oven 500 and 750 lines with ease. All materials in this cabinet are fireproof, ensuring safe operation and the assurance that your Ready-to-Finish cabinet will get the job done.

The cabinet is modular, allowing adjustment (at the factory) of the cooking level by modifying the base unit extender.

Constructed from fiber cement board and tubular steel, this cabinet is fully welded and tested to withstand a 4,000-pound load.

Firewood box (34w x 30h x 24d) Included in Base Unit.
