This cabinet has been designed to hold the Chicago Brick Oven CBO-750 with ease. All materials in this cabinet are fire-proof providing safety of operation and the assurance that your Ready-to-Finish cabinet will get the job done.

The cabinet is modular allowing for adjustment (at the factory) of the cooking level with the modification of the base unit extender.

Constructed from fiber cement board and tubular steel, this cabinet is fully welded and has been tested to withstand a 4000-pound load.
