A two-sided cast iron “flip-over” Griddle/Grill adds even more cooking options. Enjoy both an electric self-cleaning “TurboFlow™” convection oven (3.69 cu. ft.) with a waist-high broiler and a gas oven (2.46 cu. ft.) with an 18,000 BTU broiler. Complete with pilotless ignition, commercial-style door design, continuous cast iron grates, and a stainless-steel griddle cover, this range brings professional-level performance into your kitchen.
