A two-sided cast iron flip-over griddle/grill, wok ring, and continuous cast iron grates add versatility, while pilotless electronic ignition simplifies operation. Complete with a large viewing window, commercial-style handles, and a stainless-steel 2.5" high back-guard, this range delivers the power, precision, and durability you need for all your culinary endeavors.
