PLEASE NOTE:
The CBO-750 Hybrid Countertop (Residential) oven includes a two-burner gas system: an infrared burner under the hearth and an ambient burner at the back of the hearth. Burn wood at the back or side of the oven to bring Chicago Brick Oven's wood-fired flavor into every meal you make.
The CBO-750 Hybrid Countertop (Residential) oven is often cited as the best residential pizza oven on the market because it's certified to UL Standards and gives you everything you need to experience the high heat of our signature FlameRoll™.
Our residential hybrid ovens are for outdoor use only. Hybrids are available in Natural Gas (NG) or Propane Gas (LP) and must be designated as NG or LP gas unit at time of order and shipped from factory complete because it cannot be retrofitted in the field.

Haven't yet used the oven, still building the outdoor kitchen counter that will house the oven and the BBQ. I can comment on the purchase itself. After months of study trying to understand what I was looking for, I focused on the CBO-750 Hybrid REs Countertop oven. I spoke with Bob Harley at CBO. With about a dozen questions, Bob was able to answer them all plus providing additional information on questions I hadn't thought of. Bob is a wealth of information on using an outdoor oven for cooking. After thinking about it for another day, I pulled the trigger and purchased the oven as a direct result of my speaking with Bob. Bob then described the manufacturing and shipping timeline to California, and CBO was spot on. The only caution I would put out there is that the oven is almost 1000 lbs. based on the shipping manifest. You will need a tractor with tongs to set in place, or eights guys and two 2"x4" studs to hold the oven as you lift (four guys, unless weight lifters, won't cut it). Hoping to use in about 2-3 weeks and can't wait!
