
This door is worth the extra money! It’s built like another wall of the oven..so it’s not light but it holds all the heat in. Night and Day from my oven before. I’m very pleased with it. Thank you Chicago Brick Oven
I haven't had the opportunity to use this door yet; but, it appears to be industrial strength and should hold up for years. Very impressive accessory and I look forward to using it when I bake bread in my new pizza oven!
