Fireproof, Heavy-Duty Cabinet Construction
Built with fiber cement board and tubular steel, fully welded and tested to withstand a 4,000 lb load. The base footprint is 40" W x 44" D and includes a 34" W x 30" H x 24" D firewood box.

The CBO-750 is made in the USA and certified for residential and commercial indoor or outdoor use, conforming to UL Subject 2162, NSF/ANSI Std 4, and ULC Std S627.

The included cover fits CBO 500/750 Countertop models, shields from rain, dust, and UV rays, uses water-repellent material, and has a Velcro closure for easy one-person use.

The CBO-750 Countertop features a large 38" x 28" cooking surface and Chicago Brick Oven’s Signature FlameRoll® design, generating high, even temperatures for pizzas, grilled meats, roasted vegetables, bread, and more. The oven is pre-assembled, fully insulated, and includes a Class A double-wall chimney, decorative door, pizza peel, cleaning brush, and infrared thermometer gun.
The included Ready-to-Finish cabinet base is built to support the CBO 500 and 750 product lines. It is constructed from fireproof fiber cement board and tubular steel, fully welded, tested to withstand a 4,000-pound load, and delivered assembled for placement. Finish it with stone, tile, stucco, or another approved exterior finish to match your outdoor kitchen design.
To help protect the oven when not in use, this bundle also includes a FREE Heavy-Duty Outdoor Cover. The cover is made for CBO 500/750 Countertop ovens and helps protect against rain, dust, and UV exposure while remaining easy to install and remove with a Velcro closure.
