CBO is a company full of pros that care. I ordered the wrong stack and cap combination on their website and they proactively called me to restructure the order. Then when the oven came I discovered a small issue and they investigated and fixed it quickly and without hassle.

The pizza oven arrived in great condition and was exactly what I expected. I am still in the process of installing the oven and finishing it. The CBO support help has been great at answering my questions (first class customer support).

Love my oven. Was shipped the same day. arrived 4 days later fully assembled . I will have to learn how to use it as making pizza is not as easy as its been shown on U tube.
