The front “Vari-Flame™” burners simmer down to 400 BTU for delicate dishes, while the exclusive flip-over cast iron griddle/grill easily handles both breakfasts and grilled entrées. Each burner uses pilotless electronic ignition for energy efficiency, and porcelain drip pans, deluxe knob bezels, and continuous cast iron grates come standard. A stainless-steel griddle cover and 5" high back-guard are also included.
