This brush is specifically designed to clean wood-fired brick ovens, particularly CBO Americano, 500, and 750 models (not recommended for CBO-1000).
Efficient ash and ember removal and safe maneuvering of hot coals for cleaning spills.
During Post-fire cleanup (once oven cools) to remove ashes for next baking session.
Wipe down the brush with a dry cloth or rinse bristles with water and dispose of ashes properly after brushing.
Always use the brush in a cooled oven to avoid burns and be mindful of sharp bristles and avoid touching them directly.
Wearing gloves is a personal preference based on comfort and heat sensitivity. Although Heat-resistant gloves can protect hands from residual heat.
