- 1 Stick Salted Butter – clarified
- 1 Lb. Medium Shrimp – cleaned
- 3 Cloves Garlic – minced
- 1/3 C Dry Sherry
- 1 T Parsley
- 1/2 C Breadcrumbs
Fire up your CBO oven to 500°F — use an infrared temperature gun to check temp when ready. Add butter and garlic to a cast iron pan and place in oven until butter melts — about 2 minutes. Remove pan from oven and add sherry, shrimp, breadcrumbs and parsley. Return to oven and fire-roast for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Serve over a cooked bed of linguini and other pasta favorites, or without pasta as an appetizer. Recipe doubles easily in one pan!
