RECIPE: Bacon, Egg & Pepper Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 - 12" Pizza Shell
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese – any flavor
  • 1 Pepper – roasted (green, red or mixed)
  • 8 Slices of Bacon – cooked crispy
  • 6 Eggs

Preparation

Fire up your oven to 750°F – use an infrared temperature gun to check temp when ready. Brush pizza shell with the olive oil. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the shell and make 6 “divots” in the cheese. Crack one egg into each divot. Slice pepper and arrange on top. Bake in the oven for 2-1/2 minutes.

Remove from oven. Poke each egg yolk and spread outward. Crumble bacon in large pieces and sprinkle over pizza.
