Very Sturdy, Easy to Use

This is a very nice pizza peel. It is easy to store with the foldable handle, and when the handle is folded out the peel is quite sturdy.

I used it on my new pizza steel last night. After seasoning my new steel, I was able to use my new peel. It works wonderful. Handel was just the right length too.

Quality peel and dedicated customer service

This peel is simple, sturdy, and convenient. The notched design and locking nut keeps everything in place when handling doughs between countertop and oven. I'm very happy with how compact the foldable peel is - folds in just a few seconds and fits nicely in the cabinet with my sheet pans. Had the wrong item delivered by mistake, and then a UPS shipping issue out of CBO's control but they were diligent and dedicated to making sure I got the item I ordered. Huge shout out to Jim for going out of his way to help me.
